Instead of automatic payments, sometimes I sent the rent by mail. When I do, I try to make it interesting to open, usually by sending some kind of out of season card wrapped around it with a note. This month’s card? Season’s Greetings. Inside? Winter is finally here! We have had Spring/Summer weather for the whole of January and it’s finally raining.
