Letter Trackers

During February there is so much mail, many of our members find it helpful to track the letters they have sent and the letters they have received. This is useful in making sure that every letter you receive gets a response and can also help you keep track of where your letters are going and what topics they covered. After all, once you have more than a couple of correspondence conversations going, it can get hard to remember where your conversation has gone with your penpal.

There are many ways to track your letters. We provide a few templates here to get you started so that you can experiment until you find what works best for you.

Participant Badges

Show off that you are participating in the LetterMo challenge with these great participant badges. Share them on social media (be sure to use ), display them on your website, or use them to create your own LetterMo stickers stationery for writing to your penpals.

The 2024 LetterMo badge redesign was partially inspired by waitress Joanna’s “flair” in the 1999 movie, Office Space. Inspiration was also drawn from the USPS 2024 international stamp release, which features “Pinback Buttons” with “10 typographic designs by 10 different artists in their unique styles.”
