My letter-writing output was down a little today; I just had too many things scheduled. So I stuck mostly with writing postcards today (and one longer letter, which I started last night). I did manage to mail five things, all of them to LetterMo participants:
* a letter to Massachusetts.
* two postcards to Texas, one with a James Whistler etching of a woman reading, the other showing a crazy, colorful compilation of doodles with the theme, “Home Is Where the Heart Is.”
* a postcard of the Hindenburg to Washington state.
* and for my only non-U.S. recipient of the day, a vintage Victorian-style card to London, UK.
Tomorrow is Sunday, and Monday is a holiday here, with no mail service. I really prefer to write much longer letters, and hope to have time to do several for posting on Tuesday.
