Introducing the LetterMo Membership Card

Introducing the LetterMo Membership Card

This year, Month of Letters celebrates its 15th year of fostering connections via post. By sending one item each day the mail operates during in February, friendships are built that span generations, time, and space.

Started by author Mary Robinette Kowal in 2011, management and hosting of the website for LetterMo transitioned to a group of volunteers a few years ago. The LetterMo Admin Board handles all the behind the scenes stuff that keep this site going, including the site overhaul of 2024 and the new official logo. Volunteers act as moderators for the forums, and engage with folx via social media.

We are proud of where we are, and hope you are proud to be a member.

For the 15th year of LetterMo, we are introducing the LetterMo Membership Card so you can share this pride. For $15 USD you will get an official card with a unique membership number and space to add your personal information. An average of $12 USD from each membership will go towards expenses that keep the website running smoothly and securely, and enable other improvements to this community.

Not sure you want a membership card, but still want to contribute to LetterMo? There is a link below to donate.

However you participate, please know you are very welcome here. It’s members like you that make Lettermo special.

  1. I would like to say this donation site was awful. It wasn’t easy to use. It would let me fill in information then when I wanted to pay would ask me for it again and they it would fill in by itself. I hope you get the donation.
