I got a beautiful hand sewn postcard from a gal I’d formed an online relationship in 2012. The content on that postcard/is something I cherish today. Every time I start to doubt that I make a difference to the world I just have to glance at that framed postcard. My heart overflows.

The thing that comes to mind is a hand-crocheted medallion. This was my first year in LetterMo, and my pen friend was in Israel. I felt so special to have received something handmade from someone I was just meeting.
